We source our wild cordyceps from Qinghai Yushu, 4500m above sea level. We inspect each piece to ensure no defects in quality such as black spots or sticks.

Selecting Good Quality Cordyceps 

Premium cordyceps are gold in color and emit a strong "mushroom" fragrance.

How Often Should You Take Cordyceps? 

Take it regularly in the morning or night. Once/day for patients and once/week for regular maintenance. Please avoid mixing it with your medications, leaving a 1-hour interval in between doses.

Scientific Research

Anti-tumor effects: Cordyceps has been shown to inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells in lab studies. The growth and dissemination of cancer cells in human lung cancer cells were suppressed by cordyceps extract, according to a study published in the journal Cancer Letters.


Improved athletic performance: Cordyceps has been shown to improve endurance, VO2 max, and muscle strength in athletes. According to a study that appeared in the journal Phytotherapy Research, cordyceps extract increased VO2 max and endurance in healthy people.


Reduced fatigue: Cordyceps has been shown to reduce fatigue and improve cognitive function in both healthy individuals and those with chronic diseases. Another study, which was written in the journal Neuroendocrinology Letters, discovered that cordyceps extract helped those with chronic renal illness feel less worn out and operate more cognitively.


Boosted immune system: Cordyceps has been shown to boost the immune system and help protect against infection. In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), a study in the journal Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine indicated that cordyceps extract stimulated the immune system and helped guard against infection.

Anti-aging effects: Cordyceps has been shown to increase longevity and improve healthspan in lab animals. According to a study in the journal Aging, cordyceps extract helped mice live longer and have better health.
