Damages
In order for us to assess the situation, please check your order upon receiving it and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Items that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned to us. If there are any flaws or damages, kindly get in touch with us and provide video evidence that the product was flawed before being used.

Items with cosmetic damages (dents in the carton boxes) are not exchangeable. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.

We do not accept returns for sale items.

 

Returns
As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that processing the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

Your item must be unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt of the purchase is also required.

We won't accept returns for items that are sent back to us without initiating a return request.
